Deb Dutcher, Mistress of Ceremonies
Founder — Energy Unlimited/ Usana Independent Associate
Deb Dutcher is a former high-tech senior manager who left the corporate world after 25 years to form her own company, Energy Unlimited. Deb's company consists of individual entrepreneurs who focus on sharing great health products from Usana Health Sciences and growing their distribution networks.
Deb's team is now world-wide and numbers over 600 distributors and 1200 customers. While building her business over the past six years, Deb went through some personal hardships, including a divorce and the loss of her son, but kept her optimistic outlook and created a life of financial freedom. Deb will share with you how she made the transition from corporate life and the resulting freedom and financial security.

Beth Rypins is a speaker and author of the Fear Free series: Simple Steps To Handle Fear. As a stroke survivor who became two-time whitewater world champion, Beth knows first hand about overcoming obstacles and handling fear. She is renowned worldwide as a kayaker, raft guide, and expedition leader.
Beth has been featured on ABC Sports, ESPN, the Outdoor Life Network, Oxygen, as a spokesperson for Chevy Trucks, and in National Geographic and Outside Magazines. Cheryl Fidelman
New York Actor, Poet
Cheryl Fidelman trained as an actress at New York's HB Studio and spent 7 years on the acting circuit. She performed off-Broadway with the Black Moon Theatre Company, competed in New York's Strawberry Festival, was cast in several independant films and had a 2 year run with the New York Comedy Club's improv team 'Grown Up's Playground'. Cheryl received the International Shakespeare Scholar Certificate from Cambridge University (UK) and continued her studies in Literature at Sarah Lawrence College (NY). After 2 years of rigorous training and competition on the Bay Area slam poetry scene, she earned the semi-finalist slot in 3 cities and is now performing nationally.
As spokeswoman/editor for Powerful Women International, Cheryl is part of an extraordinary team whose purpose is to build a global community of women who are out to support each other in fulfilling their
dreams. Her goal as a performer is to empower her audience to do the same. She can be seen in upcoming Roman Drake film entitled "Angela" and in the upcoming original play, "Anatomy." Cheryl is now hard at work fulfilling on a long time dream of performing in her own one woman show.
