Cheryl Fidelman
New York Actor, Poet
Cheryl Fidelman trained as an actress at New York's HB Studio and spent 7 years on the acting circuit. She performed off-Broadway with the Black Moon Theatre Company, competed in New York's Strawberry Festival, was cast in several independent films and had a 2 year run with the New York Comedy Club's improv team 'Grown Up's Playground'. Cheryl received the International Shakespeare Scholar Certificate from Cambridge University (UK) and continued her studies in Literature at Sarah Lawrence College (NY). After 2 years of rigorous training and competition on the Bay Area slam poetry scene, she earned the semi-finalist slot in 3 cities and is now performing nationally.  As spokeswoman/editor for Powerful Women International, Cheryl is part of an extraordinary team whose purpose is to build a global community of women who are out to support each other in fulfilling their dreams. Her goal as a performer is to empower her audience to do the same. She can be seen in upcoming Roman Drake film entitled "Angela" and in the upcoming original play, "Anatomy." Cheryl is now hard at work fulfilling on a long time dream of performing in her own one woman show.
